I am a registered Home Economics Teacher who also has nearly 20 years of experience cooking lamb for her family on average 3 - 4 times every week.

The recipes included on the Silverwood Organics Website are tried and tested in my kitchen.  The photographs have been taken of the recipe's I have cooked and I have published my favorites here for our customers.
